Women In Business Afternoon Vendor Showcase

Interested in being a vendor? Complete the online APPLICATION by December 31st, 2025. 

The SME Women in Business event brings together women of all different backgrounds, professions, and experience levels to enjoy a full day of networking, learning, experiencing, and celebrating our strengths and differences.

The goal of the vendor showcase is to provide attendees access to a variety of organizations in one centralized place while they network, learn, and celebrate the women around them during the afternoon portion of the event. It is our hope that the Vendor Showcase speak to the many facets or labels of being a woman…perhaps as a professional, mother, friend, homeowner, hobbyist, pet-owner, caretaker, caring community member, as an individual person, plus so much more.

AFTERNOON SHOWCASE: 11:00 AM – 5:00 PM
LOCATION: Sioux Falls Convention Center
BOOTH PRICE: $300 (additional charge for electricity + extra tables)

Due to the increasing excitement and growth of the SME Women in Business event each year, and subsequent demand and interest in being a Vendor at the Trade Fair…we are changing up the process! We are seeking submissions if you are interested in having a booth at the 2026 event from 11am-5pm. With the limited number of booth spaces, we will cap the number of like-businesses/nonprofits and strategically select exhibitors-based on categories, local presence, woman-owned ventures, and creativity of booths.

Selected Vendors will be notified by January 15th, 2026.

  • If you are notified of having a “spot”, you will receive an electronic invoice to pay by February 15th, 2026 to confirm participation.
  • If any of the selected exhibitors are unable to participate or fails to complete payment, the next vendors in line will be notified with 1 week to complete payment.
