Nominate a woman in your life who is making a difference, leveling up, and lifting those around them. Women can be nominated by a corporation, agency, civic organization, school, place of worship or other group/individual.
EXCELLENCE IN MARKETING – Ideal Applicants for this award innovate in the field of marketing, advocate for their business, and the marketing industry within the community.
EXCELLENCE IN SALES – Ideal applicants for this award excel in the field of sales and make a significant contribution to their company’s overall revenue and growth. Various measurements could include % increase over the previous year, attaining a level of production/revenue, customer retention, new account acquisition, expansion into new markets, etc.
SUPPORTING EXCELLENCE – Ideal applicants for this award excel in their administrative assistant/office administrator role. Behind the scenes, these professionals are organized and keep others on task while supporting their organization’s mission, culture, and goals.
ENTREPRENEURIAL EXCELLENCE – Ideal applicants must have the confidence, conviction, and determination to take a high-potential business and scale it into a market leader. These risk takers have shown the ability to take an idea and make it a reality.
EXCELLENCE IN LEADERSHIP – Ideal applicants have made a positive impact in their profession while advocating for women in the workplace. These trusted and authentic leaders have a clear and inspiring vision for their company and empower other women in the workplace.
EXCELLENCE IN PUBLIC SERVICE – Ideal applicants have made an impact in public sectors such as government, military, community affairs, and/or non-profit. These servant leaders have shown courage, sacrifice, and dedication for the betterment of their community and within their organizations.
Each nomination must be no longer than 250 words [1500 characters] per question and provide examples of how the nominee exhibits strengths in her chosen category. SME Board Members, SME Women in Business committee chairs, and previous winners are not eligible for nomination.
