Meeting Sponsorships

Cost for meeting sponsorship is $3,000

SME will provide:

1. Company recognition from podium at sponsored meetings.
2. If committed before July 1, recognition printed in SME Calendar of Events (1500 copies distributed by SME to leaders in Sioux Falls community)
3. Eight complimentary meals at the SME meeting for invited guests of sponsor’s choice.
4. Time (3-5 minutes) at the podium during the SME meeting to promote company (not to sell product – no Powerpoint presentations).
5. A link on the SME website to company website (smesiouxfalls.org).
6. A visit from the SME monthly speaker to company’s selected site for a one hour presentation to company’s invited attendees. *More time may be contracted with the speaker for an additional cost. 
7. Sponsor will have exhibit space and ability to distribute informational material about their company at the SME meeting if desired.
8. Exclusivity as the only company marketed at the meeting.
9. First right of refusal for the next year’s meeting time and speaker sponsorship.

Services provided by company include:

1. Marketing materials to SME meeting attendees.
2. Pay SME $3,000 by the 1st of the sponsored month or as invoiced.
3. Provide a link to SME website on company home page.

Secondary sponsorships for a company that has agreed to the first meeting sponsorship per year are $2,000.  These do not include the company’s ability to market at the SME membership meeting, but do include the speaker presenting to the company.
