What do you find most beneficial with SME?

I thoroughly enjoy the events put on by SME – lunch meetings, small group sessions, conferences, and mixers – that allow me to network with like-minded professionals. The group has broadened my connections and leadership skills. It is important to pour growth into your own career and SME allows me to dedicate that set time a couple times a month, all while having fun.
