About Tim Novak
Tim Novak has over 35 years experience, leading, coaching, and mentoring individuals and teams in the area of business and community leadership and sales team development. He started his own business at the age of 22, and quickly became one the the highest performing individuals in the organization, which ultimately led to a 38 year career with one of today’s largest US franchisors, Matco Tools. As head of Sales Operations he oversaw the operations, training, and coaching for over 1700 franchisees. He transitioned into full time coaching, training, and speaking as an Executive Director on the John Maxwell team in 2018 to help individuals and organizations improve their leadership, coaching, speaking, and sales.
Tim is a certified John Maxwell Team Coach and Faculty member who teaches the Maxwell Method of Leadership, Selling, Coaching, and Speaking. He is also a certified Maxwell Method of DISC Trainer and Consultation.
