Understanding and Leveraging Personality in the Workplace
Personality drives everything that an individual does; it directly impacts how they think, feel, and behave. Unfortunately, most adults are not concretely aware of their personality traits (i.e., their natural talents) and how they impact not only their own performance but the performance of others. In this module participants learn about their natural talents and how they can sharpen them into strengths while also adapting to the personality styles of others.
