Finding the Intersection of Trust and Value
Today’s most successful business professionals say they’ve achieved sales success by discovering the point at which their value intersects their customer’s beliefs, trust and decision-making tendencies. Join us for a thought-provoking discussion with Jeff Stott, a leader in FranklinCovey’s Sales Performance Practice, that explores “sales success” and how to consistently achieve it. A 35-year veteran of the sales industry, Jeff will outline critical selling mindsets and skills that are foundational to building trust and connecting to customer value.  You’ll discover the correlation between customer beliefs, trust, value creation, and decision making that will directly influence your levels of sustained sales success. You’ll also discuss the pitfalls of “us-centered” sales tactics and you’ll learn how key elements like “sales intelligence” and “dialogue skills” can have a major impact on your ability to build your business by helping your customers succeed.

Reaching the Summit of Success
People want to be successful, but what is success?  Everyone defines it differently.  For some, success is financial security, a big house or a fancy car.  For others, success is simply being happy with life.  Regardless of your definition of success, there are basic ways to achieve it.  In my keynote presentation, I will share these steps to include building relationships, facing fears, and finding magic in everyday mundane life.

Epic Leadership Lessons Learned in the Field
Shelli has coached >250 leaders from all walks of life and from throughout the U.S. in the last 10 years. In addition, she has guided many leaders on “Epic” wilderness adventures. She has learned so much from the many leaders she has worked with, from her wilderness adventures with them, and from her own life and work experiences. This presentation is an effort to share what Shelli considers to be some of the most important leadership lessons she has learned. The lessons are shared in the form of stunning imagery and wilderness stories.

Whether you ever go into the wilderness or not, these stories are metaphors for the skills leaders need in order to lead, and to live, an inspired life. Leaders will be inspired to discover more about themselves, to choose (and challenge) their mindset, to dare to go farther than they think they can, to enrich the relationships in their life, to lighten up and have some fun along the way, to celebrate the wins, to be all in when it comes to their life and leadership, and to live and lead with purpose and without regret.

The presentation “lights a fire” and inspires leaders to take stock of their life, their individual leadership, and their impact.

The 7 Mindsets
If everybody wants to be happy and successful and live a meaningful life, why do so many people settle and never realize their full potential? A multi-year, multi-million dollar study gives us insight. The training stems from “The 7 Mindsets to Live Your Ultimate Life” by Scott Shickler and Jeff Waller. Embraced at work, these mindsets can positively impact job satisfaction, engagement, results, relationships and communication. Without the right mindset, skill loses its impact.

▪ Passion First
▪ We are Connected
▪ 100% Accountable
▪ Attitude of Gratitude
▪ Live to Give
▪ The Time is Now
In this engaging session, we’ll build relationships as we discover the 7 Mindsets, the counter mindsets that derail us and learn strategies for applying the mindsets every day. You WILL leave inspired!
