November means brisk mornings, blowing leaves and turkey day....a few of my favorite things!  This month also reminds us to pause and reflect on all that we have to be thankful for.  I'm certain, family, friends, faith, health are on our list.
We also must be thankful for our respective careers/ industries.   Locally, we are seeing a growing, stronger market compared to many other areas of our country. The sponsor of our recent SME meeting, RASE (Realtors) reviewed the growth within their industry. Large employers such as Raven, First Premier   and HSBC are hiring.   All news we are thankful for!

SME membership growth shows strong correlation to the economic growth we are experiencing. New members Fritz Miller, Angie Bakkie, Kevin Jordanger; Paul Azeifel; Paul Millman, Kate Arjes and Harvey Buck joined our organization this month.   This growth doesn't happen by accident.   We are thankful for the leadership of our Executive Director, Sue Ford, for the SME Board and all of the committee
leadership!
